Refund policy

At Eleven3 Studios, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please email eleven3studios@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
